It’s Coming… 2011 MLB All Star Game in Phoenix Arizona

We are super excited about the upcoming 2011 Major League Baseball All Star Game. It is the first time for both the City of Phoenix and Diamondbacks to host the All Star Game. It is estimated that hosting the game here in the valley will generate 60 million in revenue for the Phoenix area.

The game takes place Tuesday, July 12th and is likely to be pretty busy downtown! Downtown Phoenix has changed a lot since hosting the World Series. We now have a new Convention Center, new Restaurants and even the addition of the Metro Light Rail.

If you don’t have tickets to the game, but want to take part in the festivities, you will want to check out the All-Star Fan Fest. It is a ton of fun wrapped up for the whole family. It takes place in downtown Phoenix and is being held the following days:

Monday, July 11, 2011: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The admission fee to the Fan Fest is Adults $30, Children ages 12 and under is $25, Seniors 65+, college students and military personnel with ID are all $25, and children under 2 are free. If you are planning on taking the whole family check into the Family packs you can purchase that can save you money and include hot dogs and beverages.

We are excited for the fun and hope you all enjoy a great time taking part in the festivities! Remember… “Your Game Starts Here”. Cleats Sports.
